Add a single file to an existing zip file

With this building block you can add a single file to an existing zip file. If the zip does not exist, it will be created. The filename provided may contain a /, which is used as directory separator. So it’s possible to have directories in the resulting zip.

You can either pick existing files from your Google Drive or add files that may have been generated with Ultradox from a template for example. If you have more than one file to add to the zip, in a loop for instance, you should use the “Create zip” block in combination with an array and an “Add entry” block - which saves you credits.

Configuration

Clicking on the bold parts in the title of the building block lets you pick the desired files from your Google Drive.

You can deselect the picked file by clicking on the x button on the right of the selected filename.

If no file has been picked, Ultradox will load the given file that is stored in the input variable.

When loading files stored in a variable, make sure that the input prefix matches the output prefix of the building block that provides the document.

Click on the input prefix button to specify the prefixes for the zip and the file to be added.
