With this building block you can split an existing PDF document into two new separate PDF documents.

The given page number is the split border and will be included in the second document.

For example a document with 3 pages split at page 2 will create the first document containing page 1 and the second document containing pages 2 and 3.

Use cases

  • Splitting documents into separate parts for different further processing.

Configuration

Clicking on the bold part in the title of the building block lets you pick the desired PDF document to be split from your Google Drive.

You can deselect the picked file by clicking on the x button on the right of the selected filename.

If no file has been picked, Ultradox will load the given file that is stored in the input variable.

 Output prefix

Click on the output prefix button to specify the prefixes for both documents that will be stored. This will allow you to pick the desired generated document for further actions like printing, sending as attachment by email etc.
