Blur

Make an image blurry

Blur given file with factor 1

image.file
image.file
image.mimeType
image.mimeType

The Blur block makes a JPEG or PNG image blurry.

Use cases

  • Blur a user generated (e.g. signature) or downloaded (probably dynamically generated) image for use as a background image.
  • Make text in an image unreadable or faces unrecognizable.

Configuration

Clicking on given file in the title of the building block lets you pick the desired image from your Google Drive.

You can deselect the picked image by clicking on the x button on the right of the selected filename.

If no image has been picked, Ultradox will load the given image that is stored in the input variable.

Clicking on the 1 lets you choose the blurring amount. 1 is the smallest possible blur. 10 for example takes the values of 10 pixels left, right, over and below (a matrix of 21 pixels height and width) to calculate a pixels new value.
