Fetching image information and metadata

Analyze image given file

This block is used for fetching the image height and width and reading metadata from the image. Metadata may contain information like the coordinates of the pictures location, the model of the camera and much more. Availability and format of the data depends on the creator/source of the image.

Use cases

  • Get the location of a picture for visualizing on a map.
  • Getting the image dimensions for preparing a documents layout.

Clicking on given file in the title of the building block lets you pick the desired image from your Google Drive.

You can deselect the picked image by clicking on the x button on the right of the selected filename.

If no image has been picked, Ultradox will load the given image that is stored in the input variable.
