Print generated PDF documents right from the cloud on any printer that you have connected with Google Cloud Print.

Use cases

  • Print documents on one or multiple Google Cloud printers

Configuration

Click on the bold text in the title of the building block to open the configuration dialog.

After picking the print Ultradox will load all the configuration options that this printer provides. You can then specify exactly which printer options shall be used for your print job.

Note that you can add multiple print building blocks for the same template, so you can easily print the same document on different printers when running your Ultradox file.

Useful combinations

You can add multiple print blocks for the same PDF document if you want to print the same document on different printers whenever your Ultradox file gets executed.

If you for example are using Ultradox to generate invoices from your online shop you could print the invoice on your own printer and on the printer in your accountants office whenever a user is buying something from your shop.

Examples

  • Generate PDF / Upload / Print documents for each row of a sheet (see Load row(s) building block)
  • Print address labels for multiple rows (see Load row(s) building block)
  • Print badges (see Load form data building block)
  • Print all files in a temporary print folder (see List files building block)
