Stop after email is sent

Just as in the Load contact building block an initial offer is sent to new customers. In addition to this example includes a SmartLink to the email.

On response add to "Recurring customer" group

On response remove from "New customer" group

CONTACT GROUP

In case the customer responds to the offer (by clicking the SmartLink) the resumeURL causes the flow to continue at the building block corresponding to the resume URL. Each building block in your flow has an own URL that can be used to resume the flow at this point.

Resuming at the Add to Group building block the customer is added to the "Recurring customer" group and removed from the "New customer" contact group.
