Generate simple badges for your conference
This example shows how you can generate simple conference badges from your google contacts. It will generate the PDF documents contains all participants.
You will have to perform a few simple steps. After you have logged in to Ultradox and copied the example to Google Drive, you will find a number of files in the project folder:
Open the project folder on google drive
In the project folder you will find one Google Document Badges Template.
The folder Badges will contain all the generated PDF documents for printout.
The red Badges file is the Ultradoc that contains all the actions to be performed. If you have just copied the example you have this file open right now and will see all the configured actions on the left.
Make it yours!
First enter the data like conference title, location and date in the form field.
Then choose the contacts who are participants of the conference by run the batch. Ultradoc generate the PDF documents and save it in the badges folder ready for printout.
To embed the signup form into your website click on the send button in Google Forms and copy the iframe source code into your website.
