Generate nice Business Cards for you and your employees

This example shows how you can generate simple business cards from a google sheet. It will generate a PDF document with ten cards each for the selected rows.

Getting started

You will have to perform a few simple steps. After you have logged in to Ultradox and copied the example to Google Drive, you will find a number of files in the project folder:

Open the project folder on google drive

In the project folder you will find one Google Document Business Cards.

The red Business Cards file is the Ultradoc and contains all the actions to be performed. If you have just copied the example you have this file open right now and will see all the configured actions on the left.

The Spreadsheet Employees is used to collect all the informations of your employees from which one you want to print the businesscards.

The folder Business Cards will contain all the generated PDF documents for printout.

Make it yours

Enter the personal data in the Sheet Document: Company, Name, Title, Email, Phone and Address. The Ultradoc generate a PDF document using these infos with ten Business Cards.

When the data in the spreadsheet is complete, then you can run the Ultradoc and chose the employees you want to.

Preview or Download PDF

The preview button generate a PDF document with a watermark on it but without using you no license.

The download button generate the final PDF document without a watermark but count down from your license.
