Authorization Issues

How to tackle authorization issues

Are you getting prompted to authorize Ultradox over and over again even though you have already granted access?

Do you get authorization errors when loading data from Google Sheets or updating building blocks referencing files on Google Drive?

Having trouble when creating a new Google Forms from the Ultradox editor?

On this page we have collected a number of tips how to get rid of these errors.

Fresh install

The best way to authorize access to Ultradox is to do a fresh install from the G Suite marketplace.

The good news is that this will not affect any of your files on Google Drive. So you do not have to make any backups or alike.

You'll first have to remove Ultradox from your Google Drive.

You can then check if Ultradox still appears in the list of app connected to your account. If it shows up in the list, please remove it.

You can then go ahead and install Ultradox from the G Suite marketplace.
