Schedule your flow

You can use a timer to schedule the execution of your flow.

This comes in handy if you plan to send out an email campaign at a certain date, even if you are not around to fire up the campaign manually.

You can also schedule repeating executions for running a sales analysis report every night or to automatically send monthly usage reports to your customers.

With the timer feature in Ultradox you can schedule when to execute a flow at an exact date / time and also specify the repeating interval after that date.

Setup the timer

In the menu bar of the Ultradox editor you will find the timer icon.

Click it to schedule when to execute this Ultradox flow.

Select the Next run checkbox to activate the timer.

Enter any date and time when you would like your Ultradox file to run automatically.

To run a flow on every Monday of the week just set the first execution time to the coming Monday and repeat it every week.
