Create PDF documents from your Google Docs templates by merging the data from your variables into the resulting PDF document.
Possible use cases
- Create PDF files to attach to emails
- Generate PDF files for documents you would like to print
- Convert invoices into PDFs to protect them from being edited
Configuration
Click on the bold text in the title of the building block to open the configuration dialog.
Reload
Click on the reload icon to scan the template again to track down added or removed variables. If you have renamed your template on Google Drive clicking on this button will also update the document name in Ultradox.
Edit
Use the edit icon to edit the template in a new browser tab.
Preview
The preview icon does exactly the same as the download button, but the generated PDF document will contain an Ultradox watermark and will not count against your license. The preview is intended for testing your template without wasting your license during development.
Download
Click on the download icon to generate and download the document from the template. Clicking on this button will merge all variables into the template, produce the PDF document and open it in a new browser tab. The generated document will not contain a watermark and will count against your license.
